For those who do not know it yet, Rift is an MMORPG that was released by Trion Worlds Network on March 2011. It is a fantasy-themed game which is like WoW and such and is becoming well known now. It is about the world of Telara and the conflicts of that world.
Rift has many elements of an MMORPG that every enthusiast will surely love. One of these is the fantastic customization of your character. Not just appearance-wise, mind you, but also with your class type and race.
When you first start a new game, you will have to choose which faction you will want to play. There are two factions; the religiously-inclined Guardians and the technology-savvy Defiant. After this, you will choose a race that is based on the faction you chose. For the guardians, there are the Dwarves, High Elves, and Mathosians while the Defiant have the Bahmi, Eth, and Kelari at their side. Each and every race have their own unique abilities. Lastly, you will choose your character class, which are cleric, mage, rouge, and warrior, and have their own strengths and weaknesses.
Story-wise, Rift has a great storyline. It is about the world Telara and the threat on it by the death god Regulos. The Guardians and the Defiant are the two forces that battles the threat of Regulos. However, these two factions are also in conflict. The Guardians are the ones promoted as the “good guys” while the Defiant are the not-so-good ones. However, there are really no true good or evil between them. They just have conflicting beliefs and ideas.
Playing the game is really fun. You get jobs, kill monsters, level-up, and almost everything on an MMORPG genre. You can level-up to insanely high levels and be the envy of your friends and the nightmare of your enemies. You can level-up on your own or you can pick up a power leveling secrets guide to aid you in your quest. By leveling-up, you’ll have more access to better jobs, better weapons and armors, and have a chance to fight more strong opponents for even more experience points.
Team play is more fun than playing Rift alone, as with all MMORPG in the market today. Sure, you can play Rift alone and it will still be fun, but team play has a higher degree of fun. It really can be fun to interact with persons across the room, street, and even across the globe. And they can support you on your weaknesses and you can do the same for them.
Rift is really a great MMORPG that every enthusiast should have a copy of the game on their gaming library. It takes MMORPG to the next level. So take your power leveling secrets guide with you and start immersing yourself on the game and have a great Rift experience.
